What am I learning?
Sound, movement, and breath are the pillars of embodiment and tantra. In this workshop, you will playfully explore how you can experience life through your senses. You will learn practices to feel your emotions as energy moving through you - rather than labelling them as bad or good. In their magical union, you will experience your own Shiva energy (consciousness) and your Shakti energy (energy in motion).
What has this to Do with my pleasure?
Your capacity to feel pleasure is inseparable from your ability to feel emotions. In this workshop, you will explore how they are interlinked. You will playfully activate your life force energy in the base of your spine (sexual energy) and stay present with everything that arises within you.
